Start/Week7/Week9
Started weighing 85kg, not a lot of muscle. I now weigh 79,5Kg. This is my of diet weight. I’m also on a all time record low waistline that is only 74,5CM. My bodyfat% is now around 9%.
Been eating a lot of junk food but also training each day this week.
